Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Position Summary:
The Cal-Ore Life Flight CCT/Wheelchair EMT-Basic provides customer oriented high-quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner. The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) is responsible for the pre-hospital care and transportation of the sick and injured patient. In every situation, the EMT-B does what is right for the patient based on a thorough assessment and implementation of appropriate care. The EMT-B will function at the basic life support level and perform procedures consistent with his or her training level. The EMT-B must comply with all requirements for training and re-certification, which shall follow the current policies of the company, State of Oregon Health Division and OSHA.

The CCT/Wheelchair EMT-Basic duties are performed in indoor and outdoor environments. The EMT-B may be exposed to routine office noises, moderate electrical or mechanical hazards.

The CCT/Wheelchair EMT-B works both in the office and remotely, during transits, to and from the required patient locations, including airport, hospitals or other related clinical or healthcare destinations.
Work Schedule:
The current standard shift at Cal-Ore for ground crewmembers is 40 - 70 hours per week.
Reporting Relationship:
The EMT-Basic reports directly to the Operations Supervisor/Clinical Education Director.
