Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC  Position Overview The Response Specialist I is responsible for the resolution of written customer requests for information and/or assistance, under the direction of Correspondence Leadership.  The Response Specialist I is responsible for communicating the resolution to the customer in an appropriate resolution letter drafted in accordance with RPMS customer communications principles and completed within the time period provided by the CFPB Mortgage Servicing Rules, other applicable law, and RPMS SLAs.  Working Relationships The Response Specialist I reports to the Correspondence Processing Supervisor; and must develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, investors, co-workers, and customers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Manage a pipeline consisting of written customer requests for information and/or assistance Satisfy customer needs with efficiency, expediency, and thoroughness Act as an internal advocate for White Glove Service and continuous improvement Ensure all correspondence is logged and tracked via defined processes Draft response letters in accordance with timelines set by CFPB Mortgage Servicing Rules, other applicable law, and RPMS SLAs.
