Exercise Specialist identifies risk factors and designs specialized strength and conditioning programs for patients. Teaches patients proper exercise techniques. Being an Exercise Specialist educates patient and family members on proper techniques for transitioning from a hospital-based fitness program to a safe and effective home exercise program. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Additionally, Exercise Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. We are a growing chiropractic office and are looking for an enthusiastic Exercise Specialist to help our patients. The position requires working with patients of all ages and a team of coworkers. We are looking to fill the position in the next 1-3 weeks.
The person who fills this position is expected to:
Have effective communication with patients and coworkers
Have a great energy and live an active lifestyle
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Be available for patient hours. Afternoon shift preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
