    Responsibilities Include:

    • Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical
    • Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision and core values
    • Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; as well as company policies & procedures
    • Promote and champion employee and patient safety/ well being
    • Monitor/audit staff practices and implementation for quality assurance
    • Evaluate the company's nurse program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of clinical director level experience in Home Health with Medicare experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field preferred not required
    • Prior experience with computer/software driven quality programs is a plus
    • Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
    • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
