We’re revolutionising the Global Payroll and business services industry with a new web application, and we’re creating a new service delivery team in US to support our rapid growth. Headquartered in UK, we are looking for a multi-disciplinary team who are enthusiastic, proactive, and analytical. Critical thinking is key to resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues, and to design improvements to optimise business processes.

You will be joining our ambitious and diverse team across UK, US, and APAC. You will also be working with partners globally, but with a focus on AMER. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in any field

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
You are responsible to the Operations Officer in the UK for the following:
· Deliver above and beyond operational excellence in line with goals agreed in performance reviews
· Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing changes to optimise operations and create value for stakeholders
· Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and vendors, primarily in AMER
You will be provided with structured training and support during your induction.
