**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

- Oversee the implementation of POS systems and monitor sales reports to optimize revenue.

- Coordinate banquet events and liaise with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

- Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in hospitality management and food service operations.

- Proficiency in restaurant management software and inventory control systems.

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

- Culinary expertise to contribute to menu development and kitchen management.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous.
