  Job Description

  Want to learn about the different career opportunities available at Colony Brands AND earn a $500 scholarship? Our Career Exploration Program could be for you!
  
  This program will give 16 students the opportunity to explore different careers within our company while working at a great paying summer job (June through August).
  
  HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
  * Students will work in a primary/home department (Production or Bakery) four days per week.
  * One day per week will be spent learning about departments across the company such as Human Resources, Community Relations, Benefits, Marketing, Creative Marketing Services, Accounting, Purchasing, Internet/E-Commerce, and Inventory Management (these are known as Exploration Days).
  * Students will job shadow employees in different departments to gain a better understanding of that department and the jobs associated with that field.
  * The program will run from June 5, 2024 to August 7, 2024.
  * This program is open to both high school and college students who are at least 16 years of age.
  * Upon completion of the program, you will receive a $500 scholarship to the school of your choice (please note you must attend 8 of the 10 Exploration Days to be eligible for the scholarship).
  
  HOW TO APPLY:
