Implements policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Being a Facilities Director monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. Tracks work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines. Additionally, Facilities Director directs training of managers, supervisors, and employees in best practices for maintenance work, service and safety standards, and local laws and regulations. NATURE OF POSITON
The Behavioral Health Program Director develops and implements the Behavioral Health program. The BHI Program Director provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal mental health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorder and health maintenance to adult and/or children in an outpatient setting. This includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health problems and psychiatric disorders. The BHI Program Director works collaboratively with other on- site medical and mental health providers to integrate Behavioral Health and Medical Services by coordination of primary care screening thus allowing providers to address a spectrum of behavioral health problems.
