Facilities Engineer plans and implements the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency. Estimates costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitors the construction process. Being a Facilities Engineer researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gathers data relating to their ability to meet organizational needs. Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met. Additionally, Facilities Engineer typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. General Grounds work - Entry Level (Mowing, Snow Removal, Pruning, Etc)
Pay rate $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Be able to work outside in all seasons.
Must be able to lift 50# on a regular basis..more on occasion.
Work with people in a cooperative manner
Be timely and dependable on attendance.
MOWING: Push mowing/hills, Operate multiple tractor mowers, Operate zero turn and stand behind mowers.
SNOW REMOVAL: Be available for off hour duties, operate multiple snow removal equipment, shovel by hand as needed ,apply ice melt.
BOBCAT/ FORKLIFT: Be able to operate or learn how to operate.
ATHLETIC AREAS: Learn detailed field care programs.
MISCELLANEOUS: Maintain equipment in a safe operational condition
