• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments of industrial systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions to optimize facility performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges and implement improvement initiatives.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Assist in the design and modification of facility layouts and systems to accommodate changing operational needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of facility processes, procedures, and engineering modifications.
• Participate in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facility engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Ideally 4-5 years of experience in facility engineering, maintenance, or related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial systems and implementing engineering solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions.
• Experience working with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and standards related to industrial facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
