    We are searching for a Facilities Specialist who can deliver awesome! Are YOU our newest team member?

    What we do! The Facilities department provides support and services to maintain the functionality, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. The Facilities Specialist will also assist in identifying, assessing, and making recommendations that will manage and improve the credit union’s operational functions. The facilities specialist will serve as a backup to the Facilities Director.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Supports and works facilities help desk tickets
    • Completes routine maintenance and/or inspection at all locations
    • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas at locations
    • Assists with minor repairs for all credit union properties, including, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, sheetrock repairs, landscape care, snow/ice services, and parking lot/drives
    • Monitor and support maintenance on all company fleet vehicles, including washing, fuel, and routine preventative maintenance
    • Support credit union events with transporting supplies, setup, tear down, and assisting during events as requested
    • Move furniture or cubicles as needed to support office and equipment moves
    • Assists with unexpected emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, damage to buildings, water and sewage damage
    • Assists vendors/contractors with building access and to assist with contracted jobs as needed
    • Knowledge and skill in the types and uses of small hand-held tools & power tools
    • Maintain inventory of all facility supplies
