Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met. Additionally, Facilities Engineer typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Facilities Night Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction and working productively with independent contractors. The Facility Night Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type or facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, etc. Must be able to exercise good judgement in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement or others in order to best meet clients' needs.
Applicants need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and/or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
