Being a Facilities Engineer researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gathers data relating to their ability to meet organizational needs. Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met. Additionally, Facilities Engineer typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job Responsibilities Include:
Minimum requirements: The ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly will be needed for this position. Previous electrician or facilities maintenance experience is required. On-the-job training is provided upon joining. We are seeking candidates that have consistently demonstrated Exceptional Guest Service, Teamwork, Effective Communication, and Technical Skills. Our ideal candidate will have full availability, working any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, an employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift from 10 pounds up to 50 pounds.
