Summary:
AS THE DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY, you will report to the President. You will plan and schedule the day to complete mechanical repairs, equipment installation, HVAC service, while maintaining records for same. You will ensure work assignments are completed n a timely manner. You will supervise and direct the activities of those employees working under you.Other information:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus trade or technical school certification with experience will be considered
- Four years experience in plant maintenance, including electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, chillers, pneumatic and DDC control required.
