Must be able to communicate effectively with engineering department. Be capable of working with minimal supervision and instructions. Maintain a clean and safe working area, and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on the equipment and alerting the maintenance department with potential mechanical problems. Work in teams and be required to assist other departments as needed. Encouraged to provide suggestions to management on quality and safety improvements regarding the work environment and the product.
