CAD with Trimble and HVAC Detailer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Good practices for Trimble Total Station Operator:
A total station operator will need the ability to read construction plans. An operator will be on their feet and constantly moving throughout their shift. Decisive, critical, and outside the box thinking are a must in the field. To be on time is crucial, as we will be working on set construction schedules.
3D modeling and navigating combined trade models in a 3D environment for coordination both internally and externally.
Utilizing Trimble Software and practices is essential for this positions and experience in this software is required. This position will be full time out in the field operating the Trimble robot.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to two years prior experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience with CAD or Commercial HVAC.
Trade Schooling, Or CAD Certification
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as plumbing engineering plans, architectural plans and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving subcontractors.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
*Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record Required
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to Write Reports, Verbally Communicate to customers and Staff.
