Exciting Home Care Agency is looking to hire for a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of field service including training, handling care giver patient complaints, and in-home intakes all while ensuring patient satisfaction.

Field Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis
• Prepare training and development plans that address business needs
• Track issues and implement solutions
• Communicate with patients and caregivers, providing feedback when necessary

Field Service Coordinator Requirements:

• Spanish is ideal, but not required
• Field work within home care experience
• Communication and people person skills
• Must be a team-player
• Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workloads
• Valid driver’s license and your own car

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
