```Duties```

- Coordinate and oversee field operations to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Serve as a point of contact between field staff, management, and clients
- Schedule and assign tasks to field personnel
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities
- Assist with data entry, file management, and other clerical tasks as necessary

```Skills```

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer support skills to address client inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
