Field Service Director manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Director develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. You should be mechanically inclined, able to lift 75 lbs, able to work in hot and cold conditions, safety minded, and detail oriented. Most of the work performed will be on-site in the oilfield. You will typically be working with several other individuals in the construction and repair of oil drilling sites. This includes tank batteries, treaters, generators, separators, and much more.
Install & Tear down equipment
Load and offload equipment
Identify and communicate condition of operating equipment
Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install basic pipelines
Operate pipe cutters, threaders, torch, and other equipment required to complete a job task
Follow direction to complete projects to specification
Ensures that work areas are clean and safe.
Follows safety guidelines and regulations.
Communicate all safety, environmental, and operational deficiencies
Able to lift 75 lbs
Able to work 50-60 hrs a week as needed
Experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual helpful but not required
Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures (usually outside)
Authorized to work in the United States
Drivers license (Preferred)
Reliable transportation to and from Shop
Some weekend work may be required
