Being a Field Service Engineer identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. Orders and replaces parts as needed. Additionally, Field Service Engineer develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Answers basic customer questions about product features. May provide some customer training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. This Senior Principal Software Engineer will have the opportunity to impact our Field Nation product by creating and designing new features, delivering on the product roadmap releases, and working collaboratively across the organization to continuously build up our product. This critical position will be responsible for the technical direction of multiple teams over a designated Practice area. You will participate in the discovery, definition, and delivery of initiatives while providing direction and influence into the overall architectural strategy. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN, and reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering.
