Summary/Objective
You will be responsible for overseeing the field aspects of commercial and residential, new and retrofit equipment projects including labor and material acquisition, and project management. You will liaise daily between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Supervise, coach, and mentor installation teams on new installation practices, retrofitting, and startup of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees daily work and ensures adequate staffing to meet customer needs, assists crews with unusual or difficult assignments. Train and coach employees to ensure that safety rules and practices are followed. Conduct quality-control checks on completed work. When necessitated, due to staffing and customer needs, will contribute to project labor to help meet critical schedule commitments when needed.

The Field Foreman position has the supervisory responsibilities of the installation teams assigned to the commercial and residential projects division.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with general workdays being Monday through Friday with hours of work being set as position needs require with early morning, occasional evening, and weekend work being required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position may require occasional travel. When needed, travel would be within the Southern Delmarva area, rarely may be overnight.
