Although experience is always helpful, we are willing to train the right person. We value employees that are team players, not afraid to jump in wherever needed, and able to take direction and run with it. Heavy equipment operation is helpful.
You should be mechanically inclined, able to lift 75 lbs, able to work in hot and cold conditions, safety minded, and detail oriented. Most of the work performed will be on-site in the oilfield. You will typically be working with several other individuals in the construction and repair of oil drilling sites. This includes tank batteries, treaters, generators, separators, and much more.
Install & Tear down equipment
Load and offload equipment
Identify and communicate condition of operating equipment
Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install basic pipelines
Operate pipe cutters, threaders, torch, and other equipment required to complete a job task
Follow direction to complete projects to specification
Ensures that work areas are clean and safe.
Follows safety guidelines and regulations.
Communicate all safety, environmental, and operational deficiencies
Able to lift 75 lbs
Able to work 50-60 hrs a week as needed
Experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual helpful but not required
Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures (usually outside)
Authorized to work in the United States
Drivers license (Preferred)
Reliable transportation to and from Shop
Some weekend work may be required
