Field Service Supervisor

Pay: $65K-$90K/annually based on experience
Job Overview-
This field service-related jobs and tasks. They work closely with our sales team and operations manager to help maintain and grow our field service customer base. This person is responsible for up to (4) direct reports at a time and ensures that department sales, profit, and growth goals are met.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations-
• Lead Field Service team in day-to-day operations and manage individual technician performance.
• Quote and schedule all field service-related work.
• Oversee large projects, serving as main customer contact and maintaining on-site presence.
• Perform onsite tasks such as electrical testing, vibration analysis, shaft alignments, etc. (ie, get your hands dirty).
• Responsible for department monthly P&L.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of new service technicians.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers about industry leading techniques and services.
• Create/review all service reports prior to distribution to customers.
• Ensure all technicians are up-to-date on all required safety training and tasks.
• Able to travel to customer sites 45-50% to perform work and attend meetings.
Qualifications and Competencies-
• 5 Years of electric motor field service experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience working on AboveNEMA frame motors up to 10,000HP.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

• Experience writing technical reports following completed work.
• Great communicator with the ability to work with cross departmental personnel and people with various backgrounds and personalities.
Physical Requirements-
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs. in weight.

• Ability to perform manual labor for up to 12 or more hours per day.
