Finance Director directs an organization's financial policies, planning, reporting and controls. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, risk, tax, and treasury. Being a Finance Director generally is the second most senior finance executive. Requires a master's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent. Additionally, Finance Director may require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. Typically reports to chief financial officer (CFO). The Finance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. About the Role
The Director of Finance will be responsible for executing the internal finance infrastructure, policies, and systems to achieve program and strategic objectives for a fast-paced organization. As a member of the executive management team, the director will be involved in strategic planning and will lead the development of the annual budget for El Programa Hispano Católico. This role will continue evolving organizational responsiveness in the critical areas of finance and financial reporting, accounting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Status: 1.00 Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Location: Most of the work performed by this position can be accomplished in a hybrid/remote work environment, though frequent in-person meetings will be required. There are times that work requires in-person, onsite activities. On-site work is located at EPHC's offices in Gresham, OR. Job duties may require occasional travel and evening and weekend work, depending on project deadlines.
