General Description

This position will be located on the WCJC Wharton Campus.

The Director of Financial Aid, as Chief Financial Aid Officer is responsible for the managing the College's federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. This position provides leadership, planning and direction to the staff as well as direct service for the administration of the student financial aid program. Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a field related to the needs of the financial aid office (business, accounting, counseling, guidance). This position requires three years of full time Financial Aid office work experience in Higher Education or four years of full time work experience in a supervisory administrative position in Higher Education related to student services. A criminal background check is required.
