Job Title: Insurance Agency Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to join our insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including sales, customer service, and general office management.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase agency revenue
• Follow up with leads and clients to answer questions and provide information on insurance products and services
• Create and update client records and policies in agency database
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote agency services and generate leads

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients on policy coverage and claims processes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

General Office Management Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documents
• Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• State Insurance Licenses is a plus but not required.
