Responsible for handling the review process for all declined consumer, commercial and mortgage loans, deposit applications, and customer referrals to the Financial Counseling Program.
Offer customers counseling in areas of weakness such as credit history, budgeting and financial planning, thereby reducing the Bank-wide net rejection rate.
Requirements
Ability to establish rapport with customers from all different backgrounds and provide sustained coaching focused on building a solid financial foundation and strong customer relationships.
