We are looking to hire an upbeat dynamic personality to manage our Ft. Lauderdale office. Join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing a high-paced growing office, working directly with Judges and the Administrative Office of the Broward Courts, as well as a growing number of personnel in and outside of the office. Some of the daily responsibilities include:

• Manage employees' timely arrival and ever-changing job assignments
• Communicate with court staff
• Oversee scheduling of staff
• Manage records and information
• Coordinate and implement regular training sessions
• Ensure all equipment is functioning and report replacements as needed
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks as needed.

​Qualifications:

• Experience managing a team
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Fluently read and write English
• 100% in office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
