    What's a career like at BAE Systems? Remarkable! We're looking for a Shared Services Senior Financial Analyst to support the budgets for BAE Enterprise Shared Services Inc. There are a number of responsibilities for the role, which include:
    • Maintenance of Alteryx and Tableau monthly reporting database;
    • Ensuring data fidelity and integrity being reported in Tableau dashboards;
    • Works with functional owners and other financial analysts to suggest improvements to data presentation;
    • Collaborates with Data Analytics arm to learn more about the latest technology and brings back to team;
    • Works special projects as assigned, including program finance type initiatives on major projects around Enterprise Shared Services
    • Capital management support and ensuring and meeting compliance adherence;
    • Assisting with the annual budgeting coordination as it relates to IT Shared Pools;
    • Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts with the help of financial and data analytics tools available;
    • Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements, and operating forecasts;
    • Prepares reports of finding and recommendations to management;
    • Supports accounting mid-year and year-end requirement as needed.


    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience, or master's degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience;
    • Prior experience in Alteryx and Tableau
    • Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting
    • Capable in delivering sound recommendations based on data
    • Proven experience with relevant analytical software and applications like Hyperion, Tableau or BI, and Cognos reporting.


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Relevant degree in a financial domain;
    • Prior experience supporting as a financial analyst;
    • Experience supporting senior level stakeholders.


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
