    Position: Fire System Technician

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership: Oversee the maintenance, and inspection of fire systems and small repairs.
    • Team Management: Lead the effort to ensure inspections and testing are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, managers, and other trades to meet goals and deadlines.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven experience in fire system inspections and maintenance.
    • License: A Texas RME-I Inspector license is required. A Texas FAL Fire Alarm license is a plus.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
    • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fire systems, codes, and regulations.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
