Description

As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Estimator to join our growing team. While experience in the body shop is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in related fields.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain Rally Lean System.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
• Supervise technicians, painters, and detailers to ensure proper use of PPE, maintain high level of production and customer satisfaction.
• Consult with management regarding new procedures and processes in the industry.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Operations Management, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience in production management.
• Proficiency with basic computer software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
