Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Job Overview:
We currently are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Facility/Fleet Manager. This position is Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm. There may be times you might have to work over or come in a on weekend to get equipment for a job if needed. This role requires planning, organizing, and controlling of our day to day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include, managing stock control, negotiating price points on materials and consumables, coordinating offsite deliveries with onsite personnel to include equipment rentals as needed for larger jobs and out of town projects. Ensure maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment is performed as scheduled to keep vehicles in good running condition. Must be able to run a forklift.
