Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Gresham, OR

Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     We're looking for candidates who have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support.
    • Strong relational skills for mentoring students and collaborating with industry leaders.
    • Experience in designing, planning, and executing events.
    • Project management skills, including self-paced work within project timelines.
    • Attention to detail, robust data management, and excellent writing/editing skills.
    • Ability to work on campus twice a week and complete additional work remotely.
    • A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.

    Job information:

    • Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
    • Duration: This is a limited-term position and will conclude within 2 years.
