This full-time position at Melbourne Flight Training is the key to our international student customers’ success. Recruiters connect with perspective students about their flight training goals, and how Melbourne Flight Training can best guide them reach their aviation goals. The Recruiter is a strategic aviation career advisor, leading the relationship and engagement of our international student customers. The Recruiter continues to maintain the relationship with the international student customers, regularly advising them as they progress through their individual flight training.
The International Flight Student Recruiter position at Melbourne Flight Training includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Possess company Core Values.
· Be the first point of contact and the face of the company to prospective student customers interested in our international flight training programs. Ensure contact and communication are in compliance with policy.
· Manage all international flight training programs, students, documentation, and comply with applicable policies and regulations related to the position.
· Manage customers and maintain consistent, clear communication with potential students.
o Understand international cultural differences and communicate accordingly.
o Conduct initial verification of English language level.
o Maintain all required student and company documentation.
· Recruit flight students for MFT flight training programs, to include:
o Ensure all flight training inquiries received are responded to in a comprehensive and professional manner.
o Offer MFT international flight training programs and enroll students.
o Conduct tours and develop informative handouts for potential student customers.
o The Recruiter will attend and assist in the organization of airshows, seminars, and school exhibitions.
· Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
· The Recruiter is accountable to exceed company KPIs set by the Leadership Team.
· Work closely with the flight operations team, FTA, and the FOM to implement sales policies, procedures, systems, and to follow through with implementation.
· Maintain documentation of the processes related to the Recruiter position.
Qualifications:
· International flight student recruiting experience preferred.
