The scheduling department is responsible for scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient services including but not limited to lab,imaging, EKG, and related appointments. Excellent customer service skills are required. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced call center environment necessary. Prior medical office experience is preferred with prior customer service experience required.
