Floor Operations Manager oversees the execution of securities orders on the floor of the exchange. Researches and resolves problems that occur during the trading process. Being a Floor Operations Manager monitors business volume and ensures timely processing of orders. May be responsible for the profitability of the floor brokers. Additionally, Floor Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Floor Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Summary:
Responsible for determining the validity of quality functions and/or processes throughout the support functions – Customer Service, IT, Purchasing and PPIC. Maintains the support functions’ Quality Program and accompanying documentation to appropriate standards.
