• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner, optimizing our guests' lunch hour.
• Uphold our commitment to quality control by monitoring food freshness, presentation, and overall satisfaction of guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Fully trained and experienced in providing high-quality customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
