Tumi Food Server:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff

• The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation
• of cuisine and drink offerings.
• A server will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through
• friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Candidate must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• A server has an outgoing and social personality
