Job Duties and Responsibilities: Draft all hearing documents Request checks for hearings Pull original docs from relevant databases. Communicate with clients and courts regarding upcoming hearings Input data, update websites, and perform status inquiries. Maintain information related to specific team documents. Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process. Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers and or borrowers or lenders Any clerical duties as assigned Employees of the foreclosure department may be cross-trained and expected to fulfil responsibilities of any team at any time based on business need. Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in an office environment. Proficient in MS Office. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Preferred Skills & Experience – These are additional skills and experience that are not required to hold this position, but may provide candidates who possess them an edge over candidates who do not. Real Estate and/or Legal experience Experience with Simplifile, OnBase and similar software Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting with regular business hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Your schedule will be determined by your supervisor at time of hire. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
