S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Foreign Military Sales Supporting the SHIELD project at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The FMS will support the management, coordination, development, and implementation of the schedule, budget, and logistics support requirements in support of both the United States and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries to support the execution of contracting activities related to missile maintenance programs and inspection activities.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor and make recommendations regarding the Stockpile Reliability Program (SRP) in conjunction with DEVCOM and support the ASA(ALT), AMC, and AMCOM missions.
· Serve as a logistics analyst for the Fleet Mgmt Div/Field Surveillance Branch, working on acquisition logistics requirements for the PAC3 program.
· Spearhead critical IPTs and lead stakeholder working groups with multiple internal and external agencies.
· Responsible for logistics analysis and FMS case management.
· Ensure that all spares analysis, in-country missile repairs, and missile inspections are planned and executed.
· Support the Contracting Officer Representative for a multi-million-dollar contract with the OEM overseeing all logistic contract requirements and responsibilities of providing input to the missile and Launcher Station (LS).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' relevant FMS experience.
· Secret clearance or higher or have the ability to obtain a clearance.
· Proficiency using MS Office Suite for analysis, research, and document management.
· Experience managing multiple FMS tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
· Experience managing Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and leading stakeholder working groups with multiple internal and external agencies.
· Experience managing or coordinating logistics support requirements for both the United States and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries.
