Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Activity Aide should be able to plan and implement day-to-day activities for our LTC Residents in a Sub-acute/Rehab setting.
• 
  Activity Aide will assist in enhancing our Resident's social, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
• 
  Dependable and able to work on own in a small and large group setting.
• 
  Able to individualize and provide activities according to Resident needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  High school diploma
• 
  LTC/SNF experience
• 
  Good Communication skills and Customer Service Skills
