Delta Gas Station LLC (Franchisee Extra Mile Store and Chevron Gas Station) is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience with emails and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store and gas station.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Assist in training and supervising store staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Handle cash management, including cash deposits and register operations.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
• Collaborate with the Store General Manager to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.

Requirements:

• Experience with emails and basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and accommodate flexible working hours.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for 8-hour shifts.

Experience level: 2 years

Shift: Day, Evening, Morning

Weekly availability: Every weekend (Must have availability), Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Previous Experience in Store Management is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
