General Maintenance Worker jobs in Arizona

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Weld or fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in general maintenance
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus
- Basic welding skills preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
