Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our hotel. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role reports directly to our Chief Engineer at the hotel. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve any facility-related problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
