- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto service management or as a Service Writer is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, shocks, struts, suspension, air brakes, and diesel engine repair
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
