Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for their professional development
- Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing financial reports
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and contract negotiations
