Responsibilities:

• The job involves assisting in snow removal, performs daily maintenance for any equipment used, and performs minor field maintenance as needed, operating mowing equipment and other vehicles as required.
• Loads and unloads gravel, dirt, leaves, etc. into trucks.
• Removes all trash and debris as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

• Some experience with lawn maintenance tools, equipment, and materials; some knowledge of the safe operation of hand tools and gasoline powered equipment.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral instructions.
• Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work.
• Kansas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or the ability to obtain within 3 months from the date of hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education: 

• High School Diploma or GED
