Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) jobs in Youngstown, OH

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! Seeking skilled individual with background in commercial project coordination, calculating & purchasing material, project bidding & awarding of contracts, assisting field personnel & starting utility process for each site, and setting up maintenance for properties out of the area. Individual must possess good people skills and be very well organized. Client is a rapidly growing "build-to-suit" developer in the US and is looking to add a valuable team member.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software (AutoCAD, Microsoft, etc.)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong people skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
