Responsibilities & Qualifications What You’ll Do: Manage the development and administration of the underwriting division’s quality review and training plans, including: Establishment, communication and implementation of the division quality review plan. Partnering with key stakeholders to analyze current and future training needs and developing programs to address them. Analyzing business unit process changes, system modifications, regulatory and legislative actions and responding with appropriate training. Determining the best delivery and instructional methods for training based on business need and adult learning principles. Establishing metrics to assess the effectiveness of training. Revising and updating training curricula as needed to continuously improve the value of training for the organization. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to training and quality team including: Recruiting, retaining, coaching and mentoring of employees. Setting and communicating performance expectations, development plans, and providing regular feedback. What You’ll Bring: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience. At least 7 years of relevant work experience in underwriting, training, education, program development, or equivalent education, training, or experience. Who We’re Looking For: Highly Collaborative.
