HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. We are looking for an HR Assistant/Payroll Specialist to assist with HR operations and manage payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processing, and compliance regulations. Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including but not limited to, timekeeping, payroll calculations, and tax filings
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks and related documentation
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting interviews and preparing new hire documentation
Provide HR support and guidance to employees regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience with HR/Payroll modules in ADP is a plus
Deltek/Costpoint experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist and payroll roles
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficiency with payroll software ADP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
